Class Descriptions

Hot Yoga 26/2

With 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, this class is intended to combat daily lifestyle hardships in a room of 105 F with 40% humidity. It will allow the body to stretch; detoxify; relieve stress; tone; and heal chronic pain such as arthritis, joint aches, knee injuries, back problems, and more. As a precaution, it is highly advised to hydrate a minimum of four hours before class with 40 ounces of liquids or more. During class, one-quarter liters of water per 15 minutes is advised for the class.

Inferno hot Pilates

This class is based on Gabi Walters’ famous Inferno Pilates in a heated room. A challenging, full body, low impact cardio, high intensity workout, which helps tone and strengthen muscles using Pilates principles. Each class concentrates on different parts of the body, including the upper body, lower body, and overall full body. It is low impact with high impact  results. 

Hot Pilates Sculpt

This class utilizes simple movements to engage different parts of the body in a concentrated period. It incorporates exercise for a full body with little to no cardio in 1 minute intervals. It is intended to challenge your muscles and increase your heart rate with compound movements, primarily taken on the floor in a heated room.

Full Body Pilates

Through a series of precise, controlled movements classic Pilates targets all muscle groups in the body whilst working on posture, functionality and flexibility. It’s also one of the ultimate mindful training practices, aiding stress and anxiety. Some Classes are offered in a warm room. Please check the schedule.

Gentle Yoga

As a quiet meditation in a non-heated room, this class will be intended for joint muscle and connective tissue. It will target and lengthen overused daily muscles and joints for ease of use. It will increase the full range of movement and motion for daily life use.

Fusion Yoga & Pilates

This class incorporates classic 26&2 yoga postures with Pilates foundations in a heated room. It is a blend of stretching and strengthening. It will utilize your body, boost your metabolism, and challenge your muscles.

Delightful Stretch

In a non-heated room with quiet music, this class will lengthen overused muscles and joints. It incorporates simple stretches to combat everyday lifestyles (driving, sitting at the computer, etc.). It will primarily focus on opening shoulders, back, and hips. This is best utilized as a rest day after all the pilates and hot yoga you’ve done!
